Hello Parents!
This is Courtney Guc from the Lineville play! Your sons and daughters are doing amazing. The play is coming along very well and we need your help for this last stretch!
There will not be practice tomorrow, December 15th. This is mentioned on the calendar.
We have a new addition to our directing team! His name is Freddy Quiram and he is also in our IB Program. He is helping with everything and is doing a great job with being a strong male role model.
Because costumes are so hard to find in small sizes so we are asking you to put together outfits. Your child will be assigned outfits to wear based on character. If you could try to put something together before Christmas break that would be great! We understand the time crunch and it is also fine if things don't solidify until after the break. All peasants must have a "peasant" outfit and a party outfit. Royals, Tutor and Mayor will need costumes that suit the characters (suits, more formal dresses, etc.) If you have anything that is good for costumes please bring it to our Saturday practice.
Saturday practice has been shortened so it will run from 9-1 at Bay Port High School. Please have the students bring costumes, bag lunches, scripts, and best acting abilities. It is sure to be a great rehearsal on the big stage! We only have a few weeks until the production so attached is a small piece of advertising for you to hand out to relatives. You don't have to use them but they are nice reminders for the family and friends.
