BIAB Parents,
The show is right around the corner! It is amazing to think that just over a month ago we had just met the kids and now we're getting ready to perform! These are a couple last minute notes that we need to take care of before the show:
- Please send all parts and pieces of costumes in for approval. The kids can take them to and from school after they are approved. Remember shes, accessories, and undergarments!
- We will be providing very basic makeup for the performance. We have limited resources so if you have any dark eyeliner, mascara, or lipstick please send it in with your child!
- Attached is a list of cast members and how their names will be spelled on the program. Please look at this to make sure all information is correct.
- We will be doing a full dress rehearsal with hair, make-up and pictures on Monday, January 9th. Please have everything ready by then. Also we will be filming that performance and the actual show on the 11th. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.
- Please review the schedule changes for the upcoming weeks because the timing varies due to the close proximity of the shows.
- If you could give your children a rough estimate of how many people you are expecting that would be great. We will try to have an appropritate amount of programs and seats prepared on the night of the performance.
We have had so many amazing people help with our program and they all deserve a little thanks. If it is possible for you to send in a $5 donation to small gifts for all the supporters that would be very much appreciated. We know these are tough times but everyone is worth it.
